No holiday is complete without the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. Here, we take that classic, and give it an upgrade by creating a multi-level treat of cookie, peanut butter and chocolate layers. The decorations can easily be adapted for any holiday or occasion, or it can be left off for a quick, every day treat on a whim. If you are feeling adventurous, try out adding additional layers of roasted peanut pieces, chopped chocolate bars, or candies to add some decadence. With such a simple recipe, you can’t go wrong.
